An Episcopal Dictionary of the Church
The reference dictionary that the Episcopal Church publishes on its own website. Its entries on Dennis Bennett and on the charismatic renewal give that church’s account of how the renewal began in its parishes.

The dictionary is a work of reference, not a document of the events. It is cited in this wiki because it is the Episcopal Church’s own published account of one of its priests and of a movement within it, with dates. Its entry on Dennis Bennett gives his birth and death, his ordination, and the sermon of 3 April 1960. Its entry on the renewal describes the movement as the impact of Pentecostalism on the older churches and names other Episcopalians who had the same experience in the 1950s. See the Charismatic Renewal.
