The report was written for the federation’s news service by a journalist present in Lund and published the next day. It names those who led the service, Francis and Cardinal Kurt Koch for the Catholic Church and Munib Younan and the general secretary Martin Junge for the federation, and describes the liturgy: the procession, the sermons by the pope and by Junge, the words of repentance, the signing of the statement and the lighting of five candles for five commitments. It calls the event the first joint Catholic–Lutheran commemoration of the Reformation at the global level.

It is an organiser’s account of its own event, used in this wiki for who did what on the day.
